Updated asset filters
Managing a large fleet of devices can be challenging without the right tools. That's where our advanced Asset Filtering tool comes in. We've significantly improved the search and filtering functions for your asset inventory. Whether you're dealing with a handful of devices or a vast fleet, you can now easily locate and manage your assets. This is particularly useful for large-scale deployments where device management can be challenging.

Custom device types improvements
Being able to write your own payload decoders is key for integrating new devices into akenza. Our custom device types have been a favorite for their adaptability, and with our latest updates, they’ve just gotten better. The script editor now supports enhanced debugging with console.log outputs and allows for the saving of multiple example payloads, making testing more efficient. The development process is accelerated by the ability to duplicate scripts from the library, bypassing the need to start from scratch, and is further enhanced by improved code auto-completion functionality. Additionally, data schemas can now be created and edited directly within the UI, with automatic or manual generation options available, providing a structured and contextualized approach to data management. You can assign a name, description, and type to each data point and re-use that information later on in your end application.
